This workshop will guide practitioners into the world of Holistic High Performance, where we take into account not only the physical realities of our clients, but also the behavioral and subconscious factors that accompany visual and sports performance. Our nervous system (the subconscious body) and the subconscious mind within our CNS are estimated to give rise to most of our actions, habits, and outcomes, yet are often overlooked in training and in healthcare overall.

Lifestyle factors are also the top modifiable health risk in leading diseases (ie. cancer, ARMD, glaucoma, DM, etc.), yet many of us do not practice or teach these changes regularly, even as epigenetics research highlights benefits across the world.

By focusing on the biggest drivers of our human potential, attendees take away tangible tools to improve their practices, propelling people into both sustainable high performance AND greater fulfillment over time.

Through emerging research on mental health, holistic wellness, A.I., & improving technologies, this presentation will encourage newly empowered conversations in businesses and at home, exceeding our current standard of care into the type of care we all hope for – and deserve.
